The rivets look like they are showing on the disk, if so its time for a new one. Im not sure of any other companies that have red pressure plates other then McLeod but there could be other brands that do. You can buy just the disk but depending on how the pressure plates looks you might just be better off replacing it all

Well it depends on whats done to the car to see if its even worth putting a stock disk back in. Most of the clutch companys sell seperate disk like McLeod

The part number is c970043. But I have searched it and it might be a ram clutch or a stock lt4 replacement from advance. I dunno

I can't tell how close the rivets are to the surface of the friction material.

If you get a disc only, you must have the flywheel and pressure plate surfaced / machined. (not just scuffed.) Not all places want to machine the Valeo pull style PP.

A 6 puck is not a stock LT4 replacement disc; the stock ones are a full circle disc.

Is it a non-Valeo PP? Based on this thread, it sounds like Ram and others use a non-Valeo PP sometimes and based on your disc, it's not a stocker so I'd say you could very well have a Ram you've taken out.

RAM doesn't paint their PP. And yes, I've heard of some RAM clutches coming with the Chinese PP. I got lucky and got a Valeo one with mine (bought in 2008).
