Default Clutch Recommendation For 600rwhp....

Looking for a real streetable clutch that will hold 600rwhp. Right now Im right around 550rwhp but may be looking to add a bit more power. What do you guys recommend without breaking the bank? I was looking at the spec stage 3+ it was recommended to me buy the guy at rpmspeed. Also what slave and master cylinder would you guys recommend?

Thanks!!!

Do you have a budget? If not, I'd get a twin disk. It'll hold all the power you want while driving like a stock clutch and no chatter. Spec has them, as do some other companies like Textralia and McCleod.

I'd go Textralia but get it from TDP, I heard that Jason from TDP found out where Textralia was getting their parts (Textralia doesn't manufacture anything) and went straight to the manufacturer to get them. Positive comments only about their clutches at lower prices.

Stock slave is fine, tick master for sure. Had a McLeod Master and it last about all of 6 months. Monster Stage 3 here and love the damn thing. Definitely streetable for a puck disc and grips like a ****. Just my opinion though. SPECs are nice too.

I had a Spec Stage 3 and then a Spec Stage 3+, neither of them lasted all that long in a daily driver that was run hard but never raced. I have a McLeod twin now with a Tick master and GM slave. Have about 6 months on this set-up with no issues. Not saying my solution is your solution. This is more to share my Spec experience. They worked fine, just didn't last very long for me. The 3+ is worth the extra over the 3 if you go that route.

I have a deal for you. I can sell you a Diamond Clutch Stage 2 (12" dual friction setup) for $409. Good for 600hp & has a warranty for 12mo/12k miles. I also happen to have a billet flywheel that has been resurfaced for $150, so that makes the price $559. I'll just charge you $16 shipping, so it comes out to $575 shipped to your door. How does that sound?

Check the websites in my sig. Thanks!
