poly or stock?

since these cars have TQ arms on them, the cheap rubber replacement mounts break easier then stock.

i always put a poly one in if i break one... you can get energy suspension at autozone, or most other parts stores... right on the shelf... or save $6 on price, but pay $6 on shipping for one from summit or jegs...

you may want to look into an auto tranny mount

a guy on a local camaro forum was running the 6 spped mount and kept breaking them, the poly mount vibrated to much so now he is running an auto mount,

he said the auto mount is solid, compared to the 6 speed mount that is hollow

im gonna be running an auto mount... but im far from getting my 6 speed in

That may be true. The one that I bought from a member on here looked like an auto ount. If the T56 mounts are like the 5 speed mounts , that sucks. They are hallow but filled with oil.

I'll sell you mine for $10 if you could hold off a week. I can put my new one (or my old one that I filled with polyurethane) on this weekend.

It shows the same part number for the auto/manual tranny mount..... Get a poly one from autozone. I highly doubt the vibration will bother you that much.

the was probly just a idiot... its not behind the counter, somewhere on the sales floor, usually near the Sparco chrome crap, or near the help section... you'll find it if you wonder around looking for bushings and stuffs.

Like MrDude said, AutoZone's Energy Suspension mount. I'm not sure about the auto mount being better....I completely sheered mine off when my car was auto. It had transferred a good 1" or so from where the tranny used to rest on the mount.
