Default what a clutch should not look like

Here are some pics of a new clutch that was installed on my car 3 weeks ago. The clutch had 500 intown miles and 1000 miles of highway break in before any hard launches. The car made 3 passes at an 1/8 mile track with bad prep and the best 60' was a 2.0. My local shop that pulled this out said they had never seen a clutch plate completely stripped on one side like this. Enjoy:

I do not want to say yet since they are not a sponsor of the board and I want to see if they are going to give me a refund or not. Lets just say that after 2 tows, one to the house and one to the shop, and the cost of another clutch install I am not real happy at this point.

So did you ever resolve this issue? I just bought an RPS clutch and want to see how they handle the warranty situation since i'll probably be blowing this clutch up too one day.
