Do you have a 6 speed? IF so what are you really trying to say. That your having trouble shifting into 3rd when the engine is above 3000 rpms?
IF this is the case there is nothing you can do in the computer to fix the problem. Maybe you have a synchro out or something or maybe its a clutch problem.
BUT asking how you can change the shift points on a manual transmission is kind of funny ****.
You do the shifting: how can you change yourself is what your literally asking.
