Looks good, the 08' hood makes such a difference. A guy locally (on here too) has one that looks very similar, 897RWHP. Definitely a slick ride.

Dude..im just a pathetic shell of my former self..I have 4 kids from 6-15 years old and I have no time for anything any more....I used to be a ripped up 205 pounds 10 years ago on the juice ( no shame in my game) now Im an all natural 232 pound slob...Good luck with gettin it back..muscle memory is amazing..

Ive always thought this...2006 z06 looks a lot like a 2003 viper in the front end and head lights......But i gotta admit..the Z06 is puttin up a good fight in the pics..Lucky for RSKY I cant afford a coupe

see this is what kills me..i had a red 1999 rt10 and my friend had a red 1996 gts and then I got a red 2003 srt10....To me the srt10 looked better in almost every way...But rt10 and gts guys said it didnt look like a viper ect.....so then the 600 HP 2008's come out that look exactly like a 2003 srt10 minus a slightly more agressive hood ( the 2003's have vents in the hood as well) and now all the sudden the srt10's look so amazing??????....I get where your coming from but just dont understand how just a hood change made such a huge differance to everyone..

My thoughts on it are that the Gen III's are so aggressive, sharp, and their profile is very deliberate that the pre 08 hood doesn't push the envelope as much as the rest of the car does. Similar to the new Thunderbirds, the hood scoop is so small/insignificant to the rest of the car that it isn't even worth having (in that case, it is better without it,not a more aggressive one). Gen III's don't look complete without the 08+ hood to me.

Also, I'm not partial to either Gen II or Gen III's (I do hate the Gen I and Gen II RT/10's though), but I'm much more of a fan of the coupes than the verts. I just don't like the tailsection of the verts, it is so smooth compared to the rest of the car it looks odd. I like the later Gen III coupes where the spoiler kind of wraps around the tail lights.

If it were me, I'd hold out for a coupe if I were to get a Gen III. Yours does look wicked though.

huh? I mean yea maybe the body style... thats pretty much it. but what else do you expect from a 2 door muscle car? a lot of cars have the same body styles.. just different lights, grille, & vents.

that thing is AMAZING..... wow went on a cruise with this Viper couple years back. I love the black Viper ACR. such a bad *** car.
