Just bought Ronald McDonald's old WS6!
It's finally time to create a thread. After having my 98 T/A stolen about 5 years ago I've gone through a few vehicles since then but I always had that itch of having another one.
Here's the last pic I have of it with fresh paint before it got stolen a few months later, it was a rare color too!
I found this bad boy on ebay and it had exactly all the options I wanted. Bright red, true ws6, M6 and black interior and only 60K miles!
Optioned exactly how I dreamed of having one back in high school when they were new. So I submitted an offer and the guy accepted it! So I had it brought the 2,000 miles to good ol Texas.
YES THE FLAMES ARE GOING AWAY ASAP. I can't bring myself to like them no matter how good the quality of the work is. It was hard to look past it when I bid on it but I got a killer deal on it.
Very good quality of work, can't feel a thing under the clear coat but, YUCK :
It has some nice mods, like the factory C6 wheels, LTs, ORY and the adjustable Borla catback, but the cherry on top is the G-trim blower it came with, nice little bonus!
So I had to get it to pass the state emissions test so a set of 02 sims, new blower belt, plugs and knock sensors later, it runs like a champ and passed with flying colors!
Next on the list is to get rid of the mulletmobile paint job, a real tune, lower it and maybe change the wheels.
