the item came with the bell housing SMASHED becuase the UPS store he shipped it from sent it in a CARDBOARD box not a palette. this guy supposidly works on race cars and he sent it like that. I filed a claim with UPS for the insurance money on the item and did all the leg work to get the claim submitted not this guy JAKE PARKER and they said becuase he shipped the item that they would give him the money and he would refund us. He was all nice up until he got the check from UPS and got more money from them. I have all emails showing that he was going to refund us. So not only did he get the 1175 from us he took UPS's money and never gave us ours. He also lied to UPS and told them we gave him 1400.00. THis guy seems hard up for money. I always say what goes around comes around....he'll get his and I dont back down so he will be in serious trouble for theft. We paid him the 1175.00 for the item plus the shipping he is trying to say that I didnt pay the insurance he did...well um...he paid the insurance for us since we paid him 1175.00 SHIPPED.....DUH how stupid can you be! Anyone having any information please contact us. Including if you have ever traded with him.

He read a pm i sent him about seeing he got the check and just let me know when it ships. he hasn't been back here or read a pm since(22nd). I posted a thread in the Texas section to see if anyone knew him or could find out something and low and behold i got an email from him on the 30th saying sorry, in arizona, get it right out, send a tracking number, whatever, was told he would ship on monday that would be the 4th. nothing nada since that email. ran his thread up a few times, sent some more emails but no response. his email now bounces back to me and it has been 55 days since he cashed the check. i think this would easily earn a spot on the "Official Bad Trader List"
glad it was only $85 and an ashtray i don't need since i don't smoke

2000turbovert--sent him $175 for a "brand new" Harris nitrous kit and upon arrival it was obviously previously installed, not in origional packaging and missing many things including crucial parts. When I PMed with this information he took offense that I called him on this kit not being "brand new", but said he would ship out the crucial parts(not all the parts, but crucial parts, implied that I was incompetent because I expected a harness that was clearly in the pic of the kit in the link he provided to Harris website). After 2 weeks I filed with Paypal and he finally responded, but apparently all Paypal cares about is that he sent something, whether it be a box of rocks or a complete nitrous kit. When he responded and said that he would ship the parts overnight, that he didnt even have the parts and had to order them himself. Once Paypal dropped it he stopped responded. All I wanted was a response to my PMs(which he refused to do) and the parts to make this not so "brand new" kit work.
I finally just sold the kit without the missing parts, but I disclosed the fact that it was not brand new and missing parts when I sold it. I lost money, but did the honest thing and disclosed TRUE condition and missing parts.
This guy is a sponser, and has ads placed all the time on here, so be careful.

I mean i get packages all the time from people buying or selling with no return address on them,there was no reason to place a return address, obviously if i was trying to scam you i wouldnt bother ttalking on this site about it. i told you id have it shipped that day, took it to the post office shipped it, end of story

Im with Rick on this one, ive bought stuff from him a long time ago, and never had any issues whatsoever. people use pictures they find all the time to describe what they are selling, and thats exactley what he did in this case. Nothing wrong with that.
i am 100% positive you got what you paid for and are now trying to scam for your money back. its happened to me many times before which is why i photograph everything before shipping it out along with the reciepients address so that it can be posted later just in case.
