stiffed by a moderator - pyskoz28/dustin (Resolved) bought a set of lowering spring back in mid december of 05, sent postal money order for $200.00 and never received the springs! i have sent 6 pm's and got every excuse in the book!! so on 6-6-06 i sent a pm giving him one last chance to make good or give a full refund! he gave another long story and then said he would be getting paid on 6-14-06 and he would send a pm and a shipping # for the refund. as you can see it is 6-20-06 and no pm or refund!!! i can show all pm's as to the story's i have gotten and the time i have been patient. no more!!! 
last time i posted on this a lot of people stuck up for him and even offered to ship for him, he didn't take the offers and decided to stiff me instead? is this the type of moderators you want on your board?
it's sad that the first time i buy on the site (and from a moderator) i get stiffed!!

as you can see from the previous thread nine ball and madman both vouched for him and madman offered to ship for him!! 
6 months later! still no parts or refund!
i don't think i'm out of line to ask that if he's not willing to solve this problem? he dosen't deserve to moderate!! otherwise it shows that "no" one can be trusted on this board?

Man, hate to hear this. That's total bullshit of Dustin, he should have taken care of this crap back then. He has since moved away from Houston to Colorado or something, and rarely logs in.
Sorry that I vouched for him, this pisses me off since I know him personally.

yes the money hurts, but it's the "principle" of the matter!
if people don't get held responsible for "there" actions and get bailed out by others, then they will never learn.
i would rather see dustin step up and fix this himself or lose his moderator status and be marked as a "bad seller" i will leave this "decision" up to him!!

Well, he isn't online too much anymore since moving. I'm not sure he has a computer hooked up in Colorado yet. Since I personally vouched for him, I feel somewhat responsible. I've never had the shaft like this before, and I'm sure Madman will feel the same when he sees this in the morning.
