i'd rather get a uhaul box van and cart the car behind it on a flatbed, or enclosed trailer...

I dont think I've ever seen a hitch on a new Fbody.

Dont have that much to move. A big box van will be an overkill. Was going to tow the little 4+4 covered trailer. Think itll be ok...

I wouldn't do it for the simple fact that these cars weren't ment to tow anything. Stuff can't fit in the car with the seat folded down?

My home stereo and microwave and some odds and ends plus clothes. If i end up going ill ask u-haul and then just take my time gettin there. Not much f-body people in MN though (compared to texas) But i should be able to make the car pretty fast with the money the are gonna fork over! Might stop off at Nitro daves in waco and have him put a cam in on the way!! LOL

If your really serious about towing, yes you can pull a tandem trailer with your trans-am. I work for a uhaul dealer and well i personally wouldn't do it but yeah you can tow with it. u might want to limit yourself to a 5x8 trailer or a (AV) model. or even a 4x8. and depending on the uhaul you go to they can install a hitch for you also, atleast that's what we do

You aren't going to hurt the car with a little trailer.

I don't know why everyone is freaking out about this.

Ya'll wanna see a truly "Hidden Hitch" on a 2000 Trans Am? I just put mine on, and you can't see it if you'r not looking. What do you think? Hidden enough?

If you look at the corner picture, where my exhaust tips should be, you may be able to see a small corner of the hitch assembly hanging under the car. Other than that, you can see nothing but that little .75"x2" flat black rectangle just below the bumper. I doubt that anyone will ever notice it until I point it out.
