In my opinion I would get you a slp lid, spectre air filter (25$) and a smooth bellow, ls6 intake and long tubes. You will be happy! Throw a cam kit with lifters if you're inclined

This will help you get started !
mobile 1 synthetic 5w-30 and ac Delco oil filter (this is what I use, my preference)

Hell of a price! Is there anything wrong with it besides the security light?

That may be the best deal I've ever seen... That said, if it were me, I'd lose the auto zone hood scoops and stripes. Let the ford guys keep that ****. Start with a full tune up and fluid swap. I'd strain the oil, trans and diff fluids to see if there is any junk sitting in the pan. Pull codes and address accordingly. Bleed brakes and clutch and after all of that, you'll have a good idea of the true condition of things. The 3rd & 4th gears grinding will likely require attention but bleed the clutch well and see if that improves engagement.
Congrats and good luck!
