So you are saying that your nitrous solenoid works fine unless it is under pressure from the nitrous?

If the solenoid is not working under pressure it would lead me to believe its a bad solinoid and needs to be replaced or rebuilt.

Solenoids won't usually open under that much pressure. Get the bottle pressure between 900-1000 psi. Its not good trying to run that much pressure

i Agree^^^ they will most the time open if there not getting weak but this will cause premature wear on the solenoid

Yep. I sprayed an lt1 back when I was 16 years old, had over 1400 psi. Didn't know any better. If I had it probably would have blew up. Great screename by the way!!!!!

The HSW kits are supposed to be used at 950 PSI. 1300 is very high and is pretty bad to have that kind of pressure sitting on a solenoid plunger.

Lower the pressure to 950, and it will work like a champ. There is no advantage to running crazy pressure. Especially anything more than 1150 which is the point which it changes from a liquid to gas form
