Nano users how does it rate compared to using a bottle heater? Is it really worth the added cost? Did you notice anymore power running the same shot? Did it help improve track times? I am interested and just curious how well it works for the cost.

i have been researching this for some time now. i don't see how you could go wrong. it keeps the hp level steady, meaning no drop a couple seconds after you hit the juice. and it isn't really that expensive i mean, the kits i have seen start at about 300. but i don't have the nano yet, so maybe i should shut up now.

Order straight from Nano, I am having mine tuned saturday with it and am expecting another 15 or so HP on the same shot. Biggest thing is if you live in a very hot climate, the bottle has to be at 80 or below. So if you live in the desert it may not be worth it. Most people who race at the track just use ice bags to cool the bottle if its too hot.

it's not that big of a deal, long as your bottles are not exposed to direct sunlight all day. You can also purge the bottle to cool it down some, it's not any different than if you did not have nano. The bottle pressure would still be high, so either purge some out or put ice on it to get the pressure back down. Think about the cool nights, no dickin around with a heater...

It beats the hell out of messing with trying to heat the bottle.
It will make your car more consistant.
With everything equal (jetting) my car runs 3 mph faster in qtr.
Bottle heat is not much of problem...doesn't affect as much as pressure...just keep out of sun or keep a towel over it. A good purge will knock the temp down.

I'm new to nitrous but the biggest deal with going with Nano for me was being ready to go right away. My bottle sitting in my car for 3 days is constantly at 1000psi, and is at the same after every run. I didn't want to deal with waiting for pressure, torching the bottle etc.

I use it and will continue using it. Cold days when bottle pressure is barely over 600PSI, open the NANO bottle and pressure climbs to 1050 in about 2 minutes. Hot days you can ice your nitrous bottles to keep the temps down.
I started with NANO's recommended tune and found it to be way too FAT.
My finished tune-up consisted of raising fuel pressure 2 PSI from my previous tune without NANO.
