Default Nitrous Systems: Who is better

I've been looking at the Makers of the nitrous system. Primarily you have NOS, NX Express, and Zex. Who do you guys think that is better for an F-Body?

Im biased ofcourse, Id put Nitrous express at the top of that. Anyways, to the orginal poster, do a search on the different companies in here and you will find your answer.

And your reason isssssssss...............?

When you have 3 guys all recommending Nitrous Outlet, that doens't tell you something? C'mon now Cam.

If Speedtech made LS plates I'd probably be more inclined to say they are the numero uno.

They are all good and can meet your goals but after speaking with a few already mentioned in this thread, Nitrous outlet had the best customer service hands down. Even after I told them I was mid build and would not be purchasing a kit for another year the guy I was talking to on the phone had no problem discussing all my questions and concerns until I had a solid plan outlined. I was treated like a top paying customer and had yet to spend a dime. As far as im concerned customer service is everything, and it is the only way to compare different vendors offering the same product before making a large investment.

My reason is your last statement, "Proven plate system that has gone low 9's in a camaro."

And everybody has their opinion and so do I. My opinion means just as much as the next guy so take it for what its worth.

I went nitrous outlet's brand x wet kit. Great support through here and on the phone plus their stuff is easy to understand and install for the newbie.

Can't say anything about the others, never used them.

Touche' Touche'. You did go low 9's on your plate, but Andy went a lower 9 so that would technically make it #1 and NX #2, correct?

You know I'm just messing with you Cam. I've used NX stuff before. It works well, just didn't get the same customer service like Nitrous Outlet. It's probably different now compared to when I was using their stuff 12 years ago.

Ah ha. See this is where I was going. Andy doesn't use a plate on his car anymore. He uses a spray bar 4150 setup, not to discredit him or NO at all, just want to get the little facts straight.

We also went 5.85 with the plate so take that for what its worth... give them a try sometime, many things have changed over the years. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Awwww whatever! He still uses their spray bar! Plus he was heavier than you when he went 9.59 on the plate.

Let me stop making excuses. I sound like and import street racer.

You win Cam.

I've got this Speedtech 4150 plate doing some real work right now so I'm going to stick with it for right now.

Hahaha just having a good ole time. My stuff is broke so no need to worry about me for awhile.

There are many great companies out there, that many people on here have never even heard of. So just look around and see what works best for what you want. Thats the best advice I can give.

But Andy was not far off from your time with a LS6 intake and 78mm plate VS the fast intake, bigger throttle body, better headers etc. It just took alittle more air into the motor for him to shine.

My choice would be Nitrous Outlet hands down. We use them for all our builds here at BMR Suspension and they are the only brand I will use for my personal cars. Dave and the guys over their are great to deal with.
