Austin Performance is gonna be your best bet. I use them to fill my bottles. Run by some cool old school hot rod guys.

They want $112.50 to fill my 15 lb bottle. I'd need to go get a rape kit done at the police department afterwards. Gonna have to pass on Austin Performance.

That's definitely on the very high side of a bottle fill. Yall might try some different welding supply shops and see if they might be able to fill the bottles. Other than that would be to go to the gas supplier direct. Ex. Airgas, Matheson, Praxair etc...
