Default Pics Of My Nxl With Braided Lines

I got tired of paying 25.00 plus to replace the nxl lines so I made some stainless lines. Here are some pics

NOW that is what I am talking about!!!
Have you sent these pics to NX? Maybe give them an idea on how to overcome one of the problems with the kit.

Where did you get the lines? Can u post more details, specs, lengths, etc for the "hydfixer" NXL mod

That looks good.

Nx has released new nylon lines that are more durable than the first ones.

Excellent!!! thanks for the update
The lines themselves were pretty durable, it was the fitting on the ends of the collar that would break off - is that what NX fixed?

I still like the braided lines, pls post the info and where to get them

Those braided soft lines look sweet.

Pardon me if I seem like a dick for saying this, but it seems to me NX is slowly replacing quite a few parts for this kit. First adding a fuel accumulator, then talk of redesigning the fuel rails, then larger solenoids to support the 300 shot, and now they have new soft nylon lines for this thing.

Can I ask exactly what the hell all of us bought then if they are slowly replacing nearly every part of this thing (or so it might seem?) Especially if they won't let us trade our old stuff for free? I'm sorry it's just very upsetting to hear about all of this stuff (at least to me.) They so far haven't given us the fuel accumulator for free, the busted lines are not free so I'm sure the rest of the upgraded parts won't be free either - basically necessitating anyone who wants the updated "new and improved" kit with the better parts to buy everything. Nobody will buy our old parts either because they are the old "crappy" parts.

I can't help but feel we really got screwed on this kit.

The NXL lines tthat were bad came on the first batch. The lines will still brake if overttightened. However we have had no problems with them since the new ones.if you had the bad one strust me you would no.They would be snapping real easily.

I broke 4 of them by just handling them.

I agree with JF WS6 on this one. Are they going to upgrade our solenoids to the correct ones since this kit was supposed to support 300 from the beginning? Are they going to replace the jets? Are they going to replace etc etc etc?

I would make sure the I.D. on those lines aren't too large. The larger they are, the bigger of a problem they will be especially on the fuel side. It would cause more of a lean spike then the kit already comes with due to more fuel pressure being lost to fill up and pressurize the lines. Just my .02. But the set-up looks great and props to you for the idea.
