ARP Head Studs dumdumdum .

Stock GM TTY head bolts will not hold down the heads on a 200 shot .

Go with ARP head bolts at minimum! Are you leaving the short block in the car? If so the heads studs will be a no go due space constraints.

ARP Head bolts here. If your gonna be playing with the car and changing up configurations its good idea to get reusable head bolts.

Definitely make the switch if you plan on running a 200 shot.

Would be worth it but as long as it would take to put them in it may be quicker to drop the whole cradle.

I would run ARP head studs. I have them on my H/C and nitrous setup.

Its really not that bad to do head studs in the car. I run arp head studs on my car and it wasnt that bad to do in the car. Space is alittle tight on the passenger side, but the easiest way to do it in the car is to leave the back 4 studs out on the passenger side then sit the head on the block. Afterwards you and reinstall the back 4 head studs.

Head studs or wait to save money to buy them. Just for the simple fact of never having to clean the head bolt holes ever again.

its cake on the drivers side. on the passenger side leave the back 4 studs out and when you go to drop the head on put the stud thats farthest back and on the bottom inside that hole. if not you'll never get it in after the head is on the engine

Anything over a 100 shot should have head studs!
