Congrats on finding them so much cheaper.
May I ask a stupid No0b question and find out what you need them for? Or more accurately, what do they do that "normal" tools don't?
I mean, the only things I recall from back in the day as "special" tools from GM were the 3rd gen spark plug wrenches that snaked into the ugliness that is a 3rd Gen engine compartment so you didn't have to find a 10 yr old kid to reach in and remove your plugs for you.
