Alrite guys...I'm curios to see if anybody out there has the 35th anniversary stripes in black and not in white or silver? And if so...could they post some pics?

if you want to get them painted i would suggest you pony up the cash for some vinyl, get them installed and see if you like them, then have them painted.

Yea, I'd rather have them painted on. I have seen a 35th SS around my town a while back. It looked so nice with the Anniversary rims and stripes. However, I'm not a fan of vinyl. And I have a buddy who does magnificent paint work, so he'd prolly do the whole thing for like 800-900 bucks. Nice having people in those fields of work.

I did vinyl on my 2000 and it starts chipping after about a year or so...painting IS the way to go.

Yea, I agree. My cousin had an 05' GTO with stripes he got painted on. The car looked amazing!

And...anyways, I think vinyls look cheap. If you want a car to truly look nice...you get em' painted on.

if you wanna make sure u really like the stripes id suggest trying cheap vinyls first to make sure u like it before going the permanent route
