New paint- what color help me im getting my car painted. Dont know what color to go with. i am going to have red/black suede interior or maybe red/beige depended on what paint i choose.
here are the options
1)gun metal
2)gun metal pearl
3)gun metal w/ pearl white racing stripes
4)gun metal pearl w/pearly white racing stripes
5)black metallic
6) Cadillac diamond pearl
7)candy apple deep deep red like 7-8 coats of a deep tint on top of crazy metallics
im leaning towards gunmetal pearl w/pearl white racing stripes. if i chosse this i think im going to go with red and gray suede.

mine is a candy red shade and it was a pain in the *** getting it done... id recommend you go with the gunmetal and pearl white stripes... as far as I know that hasn't been done yet and cheaper + harder for body shop to screw up

thats why i came up with it. i wanted a paint no one else had that was still very nice just maybee no one had thought of it. So i thought well, gunmetals relativly new and i really like most grays anyway, and pearl white never really been used as an accent so i think im leaning that direction. Plus if you add the pearl essence to the gunmetal it will be even more unique and tie it in to the stripes a little better. the only thing ive seen it on so far was a motorcycle and it was nearly a $5000 paint upgrade!! good keep it off th streets i want it rare! lol thanks for al the comments so far guys!

ive used house of colors before i was impressed. Im hoping they have a gunm,etal but i havnt done any painting for like 3 years so i really dont know. This will probably be in a few months still cause i have like 3 or 4 projects before it. black metalflake...ill have to go to their website and see if they have any samples up

Gotta go with black(smokey and the bandit and K.I.T.T. can't be wrong)!
