p0135, p0171,p0174 after mail order tune
I just recently installed heads, cam, intake, etc. I got a mail order tune from tuned by frost, i have longtubes and no cats so i had him tune out my rear O2 sensors. I am only running the front o2 sensors. I get a code once in awhile for bank 1 sensor 1, i think this is the driver side. So i swapped the o2 sensors around to see if i get the code for the other side. It would usually come on for a day or two and then shut off for awhile, car never seemed to run different or show any problems. After i switched them it never came back on until I recently i unhooked my header-back from my headers to make a little noise for a car show. It never threw any codes and ran fine, I hooked my exhaust back up and the next day i got P0135 Bank 1 Sensor 1 heater circuit malfunction, but i also got P0171 and P0174 which is bank 1 and bank 2 system too lean, it still seems to be running fine. Stupid question but does this mean I may be running to lean? Is it possible that my mail order tune is starting to fail? I havent had a dyno tune yet because the dyno around my area wont be operational until next month. The cel has been on for a couple days now, and other than the light i havent had any problems. The tune i got through frost seemed to be almost perfect, but i dont have a wideband installed to see my exact afr. I also checked the o2 sensor wiring and it all seems to be fine, any ideas on why i might be getting these codes? Thanks to all.

You can't unhook your Y-pipe at the headers without removing the narrowband O2s or the fresh air present will pollute the sensor's measurement and make the car pile the fuel on to try and correct with it sees as 'lean'. If you want to run open headers, you need to unhook (and hopefully remove for the health of the sensor) the front O2s. If you never got the codes until you pulled the Y-pipe and then returned it, I'd also look for leaks in the exhaust near the header. Your mail order tune can't 'start to fail' It will always be the exact same as it was until flashed with something different.

OK i wondered if that had something to do with it, I have done that a couple times before and had no problems. Everything else seems to be working great, I have about 4k miles on the tune and build with no issues. Thanks for the feedback guys, I guess sometimes bein a dumb kid is more trouble than its worth haha.

I will do that, the tune i got from you works fantastic, I just recently started having problems with codes, and i wasnt sure if the age of my computer had anything to do with its ability to retain the new tune or not, like I mentioned, this tuning is foreign to me. I appreciate the feedback.
