I used TSP when I was in the process of getting my 408 setup with base tune an gear change. I was very happy with the work Jason did for me (base tune), as well Jon when I purchased my 408. I know a friend of mine used frost for his mail order tune an was very pleased with his work as well. I don't think you can go wrong with either of the two.

If you tell the guy all the information needed, there shouldn't be any problems with the tune.

No tune is 100% "on the money".

Another Steve Williams @ Frost vote. Not only for the mail order tune, but he also sells HPtuners pro cheaper than anyone.

Cool story about Frost Tunes:
Last year, I built a forged bottom end, iron 370 with AI LS3 heads and Pat G cam, and the car started and ran perfect from his tune right off the bat. Now, he indicated (for my particular request) my tune wasn't "dialed in" by any means (as I was still breaking in the new motor), however when I bought HPT Pro from him (April 2010), he had a deal where I can data log how the car's running on his initial tune (using the narrow band o2 sensors), and he'd make adjustments to the tune, and email me a newly adjusted tune. Just a little side note: He's been known of coming within ~5-7hp with narrow band o2 tuning vs wide band <--Fact.

Another cool note: I have yet to require his tuning adjustments because my "non-dialed in" tuned 370 ci motor destroyed my drive shaft AND 10 bolt @ ~130mph on the highway (not even from a dig!). Since then I've moved forward with Project "Wide Hips". Built 9", PST 3.5" Al DS, 19x14" rear wheels, 345 NT05Rs and accommodating rear quarter flares. I'm awaiting Nitrous Outlets direct port work to be sent back to me, then I'll send off my data log to frost. THEN we'll see how much Steve can get out of her!

Longish story, but Frost is the way to go.

None. Best option is to find a good shop you can drive to and let them get it dialed in on the dyno.
