TB only shows 2.8V @ WOT
Like the tittle says. That is what the tb shows at WOT. Does anyone think this makes a difference? I know how to do the mod but I've looked at the blade position and it looks pretty good. Does the throttle position affect anything else? What I'm asking is, does the computer think I'm only giving 80% throttle? If so, what should I do? Thanks for your time.

Should be around 4.5-4.7v. Is the blade at a 90 degree angle when you manually open it?
Also, make sure the floor mat is removed and there is no slack in the cable before you check the volts again. I wouldn't grind anything until you confirm there is nothing binding the cable or blade.

Check the 5V supply / reference and make sure it's
5.0V relative to the ground reference wire on the TPS,
and that TPS ground is 0.0V relative to engine block
and chassis sheet metal.

I opened the throttle by hand while measuring the volts. It looked really close to 90* to me. As long as the computer knows I'm giving 100% I won't do anything. Thanks for the reply.

To my knowledge (and correct me if i'm wrong), and from what i read if the TB is not fully open the computer will compensate because its not getting as much air, thus it will dump more fuel and make you run fat and sloppy. Which is not what you want, you inturn lose power. I am having a similiar problem now. My atap reads 3.5volts and 82% open. I have to figure out how to adjust the blade or check the slack in the cable.

The cable from the pedal to the TCS pulleys is
not adjustable, you might have to add a spacer.
If you still don't get to full pull you might have to
go so far as to remove the pedal arm and put more
of a bend in it.

probably got a stretched cable. I had to adjust mine to get 4.5v (efilive v6 read 4.3 stock) after taking up the slack 4.6v
btw if you have no cruise/etc you have no slack taker upper.
possibly the cable is stretched?
Since the ECU uses TPS % if you got 90 degree angle at 2.8V & 100% TPS (eflive/atap) you'll probably have the same performance as somewith with 4.7v and 90 degree angle and 100% tps. fwiw
