Heads/cam dynotune question
Just installed my 799 heads on the ws6. Headers and gm hotcam. Runs a lil rough. But im not sure if my o2s are working very well or at all. I had to rewire them to the new o2s for the headers. When i go in for a dyno tune, will they still be able to tune it correctly?

The rears will not effect the tune. Most are tuned out but if you have cats, it is sometimes possible to leave the rears with no SEL. There are many questions that come into play when you are talking about front 02's. They can be bad or things such as vacuum leaks, stuck injectors, etc. that can make them appear bad. In this instance you may want to check out all you can before your journey or set it up for your tuner to repair if needed. Some longer tail corvette 02's may be your best bet.

rewired my o2s and got a reading from .100-.900 on bank 1 sensor 1, and bank 2 sensor 1
since the rears are unplugged because of cats being off, they read at .450
is that a normal thing for it to read?

Why don't you call your tuner?
Everything should be tuned using a wideband. If it isn't, get a new tuner. The tuner might need to make some changes to o2 settings to make closed loop function properly. That's all they should be doing with the stock o2s.
