PLEASE HELP! Truck starts and then shuts off

PLEASE HELP! Truck starts and then shuts off Alright before i get started i have tried much of everything i could think of.
This is a 5.3 (116k miles) 04 4x4 ls (base model) X cab Silverado. Okay, about 3 years ago i had a tune put on my truck and had it dropped down in to second gear i was on dirt and over rev'd it threw a rod through the windage tray.
yay me right. So i got an 03 tahoe 5.3 (78k miles) and went through and change all seals and gaskets pulled my engine and dropped this one in simple right.? I was initially hopeful nope starter wouldn't kick on so changed that. I then went to try it again nothing found a ground wiring diagram was missing a ground fixed that leads me to my current situation. I can start the truck and it would run cleaned connectors with QD cleaner was reading reduced power gas pedal wasnt working so afterwards i tried to start it ran, gas was working sounded great then dies down and shuts off. VATS wasn't tripped or throwing a light for the sensor??? Still saying reduced power... I know the gas pedal (Fly by Wire) could be why its saying reduced power but that shouldn't make it cut off like that. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

New plug wires
New injectors
New Throttle body
New Battery
New knock sensors
