Question How do I Richen up my Idle with HP Tuners?

Ok ,I have come to the conclusion that my LS1 is to lean at idle, because when its on the way to warming up and is warmed up My A/F Ratio is at 14.63 and before it hits that mark say at 13.2 a/f it isnt surging,it only starts surging when a/f hits 14's.Can I adjust the a/f for Idle only ?If so how do I do it.....Thanks

You can shift the O2 Rich/Lean table slightly on the lower end.
Code:
501	501	501	521	451	451	451	451	451

Don't exceed the mid 500's or the closed loop fuel will get "lost".

If you change the upper end of the table yes, but only slightly.
It's the 336mv and 436 mv that are giving you the leaner fuel at idle.
451mv is the 14.7 switchpoint.

The first, second and third ones depending on your cal.

Here is some info for you.

All of this assumes there are no air leaks, injector flow, or other mechanical
related problems.

Its very easy to tune out surging. and what do you mean you are all VE'd out?

First off, is your throttle body and MAF stock? If not, thats one problem. Second, you will know your in fueling at idle if your l-trims are at negative. Third thing is how big is your cam or if its stock?

Maybe you can list your mods for me and I can help you set this up.

I know this is a super old post but I just wanted to thank you! This fixed my annoying idle stumble issue that i was having with my LSx Kia Sorento. It's got a Ly6 w/ LS3 intake, LS3 injectors, headers, etc and it was always idling with a stumble that drove me nuts! My original table was filled with "450" across the board. It's way better using the numbers you provided!

set your car to be in open loop all the time by setting closed loop enable coolant temp to max value. then use the open loop EQ ratio to command 1.131 or a value you prefer to ask for richer. the dial it in with VE table.

or set your PE enable TPS at idle RPM to 0% and make sure your MAP etc will allow PE. use PE to tune for 13;1 idle AFR
