Question Where could find a programmer with tune?

Where could I find a programmer for LS1 with good tune for a big cam & head else....

have you tried hypertech or something from powerchips. I know they make chips for your engine. also, if you have access to a laptop, i think the makers of ls1edit make a lt1edit.....you can try that.......

www.vinchighperformance.com sells a handheld with specific tunes. 4 for cams and 2 for superchargers. and you can tune on top of those preset tunes to dial your application. here's a tutorial i made up for them. http://www.stealthram.com/vhptuner.htm

maybe he isn't too swift on editing tables and their, to some people, complexity. i've used tunercat. wish it came with some kind of instructions on what the tables mean and how to make changes. but, yes an editing program is best. that way you can make you own changes at any specific point.

with the VHP tuner you can pick the program that fits your cam profile. it'll get you pretty close. then you can make across the board changes to the timing and fuel to help dial it in. don't need a laptop. many with cams have used it with good success.
