I re-used my stock fuel rails since I'm not going FI.
I needed to swap out my valley bolts because the intake wouldn't fit on top of the stock bolts.
Using an LS2 TB, but don't think it will work for the F-body.
I got a noticeable improvement over the LS6. I don't know how you F-body guys get under the cowl.

I read on redhardsupra's experiments:
THROTTLE BODY
If you have a bigger throttle body (FAST 90, or Nick Williams) you want to multiply your Effective Airflow Area by 48%. (put in 1.48, select the whole row, hit 'multiply')
Where exactly is the Effective Airflow Area table in HP Tuners?
