I personally wouldn't go with Hypertech. I had a Diablo Predator on my 01 z28 w/m6 and was not impressed at all. If you are going with a plug and play tuner I would call Superchips with your set up and let them hook you up. Or get me myself or one of the other HP Tuner guys for a mail order tune.

for a handheld look into either the Diablo Predator or the Vinci tuner. I don't have personal experience with either (I went HPP3 to LS1 Edit to HP Tuners), but seems the vinci is the most popular w/the diablo not far behind

What mods do you have? if real light, then either above will work, but if you're more heavily modded a full tuning suite should be looked into (such as HP Tuners mentioned above)

Currently I only have a Granatelli MAF, Borla Cat back, K&N air filter with the slp air box lid.

My list will run in this order hopefully 1.LT headers y-pipe high flow cats 2. Programmer 3. Fast LSX Intake and new throttle body 4. Heads bored out (MSD somewhere along the way) Then way future Suspension, Cam, Pulleys and Supercharger. Garage kept 22,000 miles shes my toy and ticket getter...hence my name Lost My License (Damn Porsche)

I once bought a Predator, I used it for a while, got frustrated with it
(now sits at the bottom of my closet, even looks brand new, was expensive, not worth the money).

And then I bought EFILive, no regrets, best money ever spent.

I've been told handhelds are largely a waste of money.
Find a tuner and have everything done for less money.

Yeah either get a dyno tune (about the same price as most of the handhelds, hypertech, etc.) or buy hptuners/efi live.

The $ the handhelds cost is largely a waste for what they do.
