u can get tuning and scanning with hp tuners and its great. another option out there is also efi live. take a look at both of them to see which fits your budget and tuning needs the best

If you're getting a scanner. IMO its very important that it has an input or 2 for a wbo2.

(personal experience ..... The HP Tuners 2.0 (current) product is hands down the best package on the market (and I've used/owned scanning software by others..... )
