Default I just bought LS6 intake and 28.8 lbs

I'm going to swap my stock ones with these. Do I need to retune my car?

EDIT: I just realized I started this thread in the wrong forum... Mod/Admin, will you move this in an appropriate place?

You should retune for the injectors if nothing else.

Is it safe for me to drive the car without this tune. I might have to drive my car to my tuner's place.

You should be alright. I did the same thing last year and the stock tune handled it just fine.

Edit - I mean you should be alright to drive to the tuner. I would NOT leave it like that permanently because it will throw your fuel trims WAY off, which will effect your WOT fueling quite a bit. After a couple hundred miles you will be pig rich at WOT. Normal driving will be fine because your O2 sensors will compensate for the bigger injector.

+1 I don't think you'll be put in a state of panic, they are 2.8lbs more than what you have. I just figure might as well get the most out of what you buy. You have a cam/heads?

I don't plan on doing internal mods for ole 346 LS1. I'm saving for LS2 H/C down the road or maybe LS3 H/C depends on how much $$ I can save up.

Will it handle the same on A4 equipped cars such as my car?

Yes, it will. It won't hurt anything, but you will run rich on cold starts and WOT. The rest of the time you O2 sensors will keep your AFR in line. IIRC, even at WOT I was only at 11.0-11.5 AFR.
