Default 1998 ls1 firebird help

i really would like some input on building up my firebird. so far i have the frame connected, 160 degree thermostat, hypertech programmer, slp cold air induction. i really want to add some bolt ons that will gain some easy hp that isnt gonna have to rebuild my engine yet. its a automatic also. anyone got any advice?

Could always P&P ur throttle body, as we'll as a full exhaust

TB Coolant bypass
Ported TB
Exhaust
LT Headers
LS6 intake
Underdrive pulley

That is where I would start, although there is tons of info on here about all of this.

oh i have a fast back exhaust with a 80 series flowmaster. forgot to mention that. i plan on getting the 102mm throttle body with the lsxr ls6 intake. im just learning with this car so i need as much opinions as possible. whats p&p throttle body mean?

Get rid of the Chokemaster exhaust, they are horrible for our cars with their crossflow design.

LS6 intake will suit your needs for a long time and is much more cost effective. I still have one on my 370.

It is when it will flow more than your stock heads will. For $300 it is a great upgrade. Just look through the F.S section here.

exhaust is mostly pref. Check out LS1sounds.com
