For a qiuck fix you can pull the housing and inspect it for holes or cracks, sometimes the bulb will burn small holes in the top of the housing. You can put some sealant over the holes or cracks for temp seal untill you can get new ones.

Also check for any cracks or loose areas in the fender well. I replaced my housings and then a nice size crack in my fender well was letting water in and ruined the actual socket.

got two new DEPO housings off amazon for like $45. RTV between lens and housing. Then put in new bulbs and spliced in new sockets. If you drill holes in the bottom that will let more moisture in. There is already a vent near the back of the housing. I haven't seen any moisture and it has been pretty humid. The old ones I would see fogging up just sitting there.
