If you are willing to take the time to learn, then HP Tuners would be the best for the money. If you get good at it, you can start tuning other people's cars and start making some coin.

If you aren't willing to learn and just want to plug in and go, then go with the Diablosport.

Rear O2's only. Up streams are critical to providing data to the PCM for prpoer A/F ratio. The rear ones are only to trigger CEL for ineffective cat operation.

Your LS engines PCM rely's on 3 main sensors to determine cylinder fill rate, fuel injector duty, timing, etc. The MAF, the MAP, and the upstream O2's. In HP Tuners, all Sensor 1. bank 1 and 2 will be upstreams. Sensor 2 is always downstreams and are not needed.
