Ok guys..........looks like this event will more than likely happen in April at KCIR. We need to know what classes to setup so please vote on which class you would be running in or would like to see at the event. We need to get an idea of how many each class would bring.

There will be rules and restrictions on the classes that we will post up later like tire size, suspension, weight limits.....etc.

Please vote and give opinions.

I voted for what I will likely run but there are other possibilities depending on my progress and final classes

 

No brackets for the love of god, please! That IMO is boring. I like classes for different levels but none over 11.99 seconds IMO.

 

Well.........if we do not have brackets that means anyone with a 13.0 sec car or slower will not show up. the majority of LT1 owners are not faster than a mid 12. You have to cater to everyone. I enjoy seeing all cars myself........not just the really fast ones.

 

can you change this to a multiple vote...where i can pick mayb 3 catagories that i could run in....like 12.0 (motor) 11.0 nitrous ect...i think that will net you much greater results

 

brackets levels the playing field - you actually have to drive your car well too.

 

Yeah with out the brackets I would have no chance of winning anything. I would have to slow the car down for the 12.0 index.

 

How about a class similar to NMRA wild street. The 30 mile cruise, then 3 back to back passes without being able to pop the hood.

 

For the bracket class that is what I would like to see. They call it 'Open Comp' around here on the west coast. They take the three Passes and dial you a tenth faster. That is you dail for the rest of the event. If you are bagging and break out you are done. 'Pinks All Out' runs a simular format.

I would be willing to race that and a P/A and maybe even a N/A class.

Dave you have enough power to run in Outlaw and Heads up P/A.

 

The first or top 3 sound interesting to me, I didn't vote yet because I'm not sure what I want to run. I love the n/a heads up and also would like to run nitrous possibly and even Outlaw. Can I enter into 3 events? I'm new with events so I have no idea.

I put a vote in for NA heads up but would also run a 6 speed class if enough people show(or 4 speed since that all I have now )

 

6 speed being 3-pedal racing right? That would be awesome too. I have no idea what to vote for.

 

This vote is not definate so just pick one. You can change later if you want or run different classes if you don't mind hot lapping.

i would love to be in a 6 speed heads up class..... but my car wont be done until next season....

 

6 Speed heads up class all the way! If that doesn't materialize, then Heads Up Power Adder (though I won't stand a chance, it'd be fun).
