Default Bazooka 6.5" subs from Kee Audio

Need honest opinions on the Bazooka 6.5" subs from Kee Audio installed in the sail panel. I'll be running the factory HU and monsoon amp for a little while. The rest of the speakers are ok for the time being but the sails are blown and I NEED to replace them asap. Its usually not my style just to replace one pair of speakers, as i usually like to swap out the entire system, but cant at the moment. I plan on getting a new head unit and speakers later on down the road. Im curious how theyd sounds w/ stock speakers Just got too many other things I want/need to buy right now lol.

Any other suggestions besides these? '01 ws6 w/ monsoon.

I have put the bazookas in my sails with factory HU and amp till I can complete my new system. With my very limited play time I think they sound better than stock. For me (and again I have only played them for roughly 10 mins car is not a daily driver) I thought they produced a nice sound and do play decent bass for a 6.5" I would recommend them as a replacement speaker. Hope this helps any your question. I do need to play some different genre to get an accurate total feel for the speakers.

Honestly... they are great. Much easier to install than many other options. https://ls1tech.com/forums/stereo-el...ll-w-pics.html

I just put a set of these Bazookas in my sail panels early this past summer.

They sound good and dont blow out like the stock facotry ones do!

Ive had them for around 2 years now and I LOVE them. Granted, im running an aftermarket HU with focal components up front so the whole system sounds great but even with the stock HU they were much better than stock and hit surprisingly hard for a 6.5 sub

I just ordered a pair and I cannot wait to put them in. After looking at my current sail panel speakers, its no wonder they sound terrible; there's hardly any rubber left in tact surrounding the speaker. So ANY speaker would sound 100x better @ this point, but I'm hoping the bazooka are as good as everyone has made em sound.

Thanks again Ian!

If anyone still has one good stock one (4/4ohm) I could use it.
