Options for Bluetooth with Stock Monsoon radio
Alright. I haven't been on here for a while. Let's get this ball rolling again. I'm looking for some way to be able to use my phone for music in my '02 WS6. I know there's no input in the back of the stock radio and I don't want o put an aftermarket deck in. What are my options to be able to use my iPhone and still have the steering wheel controls and everything still work? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Are you sure there's no input on the rear? Most of these have an AUX input, which was intended from the factory to be used for a trunk-mounted CD changer. Post a pic of your unit...
If you do have this input, you can try something like THIS. I've got one in my C5 and it works most excellently.

Well shoot. I haven't had mine off and took the word of a friend who had done a lot of Pontiac radio stuff. I'll believe you guys here first! I forgot the optional CD changer bit.
Would that Vette unit work just the same on the TA?

It might need a different harness, but they make all sorts.
If you really have no aux input, I don't see how you could connect bluetooth either. The bluetooth module still needs to be plugged in to something.
If there's no way to plug it in, then your only real option is probably one of the radio transmitters that plug into your phone.

Yeah not sure the is aux after doing some deep research. A lot of people have soldered them in to the factory unit. But I found a product that will let me plug in to either and aux, or in my case, the antenna to connect to Bluetooth.

The best bluetooth you are going to get is with an aftermarket unit. I bought a cheap $40 black friday special for my beater and used ASWC-1 harness to retain the stock steering wheel control on my GTP.
I really started looking into double dins to modernize my sound system. I'll drop links to my shopping list.

The simple solution is to get one of the auxiliary adapters that plug into the CD changer port of the factory head unit. There are Apple specific ones if you don't mind plugging in a cable for your phone or you can get a generic auxiliary adapter and add a Bluetooth adapter to it.
