So first I raced a friends 460awhp evo8 before he sold it
first run i went all out
the next race i fucked with him

than from what i was told this 450 hp turbo civic was going to kick my ***... so i figured lets see. all runs were from 60mph
first race i started in 2nd
the second race i started in 3rd

i would say boost and head flow, can be pretty damned good replacements for displacement.

I was going to ask where you're from, but looking at your sig and seeing you're in North Dakota I believe it! Interstate is probably the best place to find anyone looking for a good roll race.

A lot of small towns where I've been to usually have some sort of local car hang out or gathering. I've been in towns as small as 10,000 that have car gatherings, maybe not anything that would be competition for your car, but you never know.
