Default UMI Panhard Bar Question

I'm trying to decide which panhard bar I should get for my Camaro. I daily drive it & do weekend racing on streets/strip. Don't know if I should go with the double adjustable panhard with roto-joint or double adjustable panhard bar. I have a 9" rear & already got a UMI rear drag sway bar & I think its time to upgrade my stock panhard bar haha. Its beginning to warp.

Also would I need the panhard bar relocation kit? I have a stock SLP muffler on & it fits fine right now... Appreciate it.

You could get the phb relo but I thinks its mainly for guys who want to run duals over the axle. It frees up a good bit of room. But I guess it could also free up some weight to from the factory piece???

It doesn't need to be double adjustable, single adjustable is perfectly fine. I'd suggest getting either rod-ends or roto-joints on one end at least.

He's probably right in that you don't need the double adjustable, but it is soooo easy to adjust, still bolted up to the car. I really liked that aspect of it when I was trying to get mine just right. To me it was worth the extra $20.

Thanks for choosing UMI!

Double adjustable is pretty sweet as are Roto-Joints. The PHB is a nice place to venture past the poly material and use a more sophisticated joint.

Single adjustable is nice to reduce cost and moving parts if you dont mind pulling a bolt to adjust it. If you're into set-it and forget-it, the single is a nice option.

Alright sweet thanks for all the info guys! Probably will go with the double adjustable panhard with roto-joints. Chrome moly, black, spanner wrench, & 14oz lube bottle

I have the single adjustable and I wish I went double. I don't have the relocation and I have the poly & rod phb. It squeaked a bit at first but now it's awesome as long as I lube the poly side every so often.

Fwiw I haven't had to adjust my phb, but when initially setting it up the on car adjust setup would've been better Brandon

got the UMI pan hard relocation and Panhard. one thing though if you do this, get the driverside relocation bracket. got mine from jegs but you need it if your lowered. if not the two bars will contact and make alot of noise. I dont have true duals but like it just the same. looks pretty nice.
oh and love UMI products lol

Looks like you have a 10 bolt? If so I wonder if the D/S relocator is necessary on the aftermarket rears when lowered?
