I have a 99 camaro z28 and having problems with it swaying, went I'm in the throttle all the way or even just a little it pulls left, but as soon as i get out of it. It pulls right pretty bad, it's just getting to be a pain to keep on the road. The front sway bar is off but the stock one is on the rear. I'd be looking at LCA bushings and the front suspension
(bushings, play), this sounds more like a geometry deal.
My old El Camino acted like this because it was just
pole-in-the-hole, all rubber in the upper A arm mounts
long gone.

Have you tried putting the front bar back on to see if it improves?

Jimmyblue's advice is where I would start looking, sounds like a wear item to me. ..."Sway" bar is kind of a misnomer. A sway bar is designed primarily to prevent body roll. Anything's possible, but I don't think a sway bar would normally trigger launch problems like you're describing.

...Don't forget to check your tire pressures as well.

Hey guys I figured out the problem why the rear end was swaying. It was because of the bolt in lca relcation brackets I put on. I took them off and it sways no more. Now I just need to get the weld in ones and I'll be good.

I wonder why that was causing them to sway? The brackets shouldn't be moving on you.

Yeah plenty folks have the bolt in brackets with no issue. Almost sounds like they were not in the same height.

What brand relocation brackets do you have? There is no reason that a set of bolt-in relocation brackets should allow any kind movement like you are having. Before you go throwing the ones you have away lets try to figure out why the movement is happening first.

What do you mean the bolt you put in? I am having a swaying problem too. So you are saying you took the relocation brackets off and it dont sway no more? Would relocation brackets cause it to sway?

By the sound of it he put a different bolt in that was suppose to be in there allowing the rear to shift around changing the thrust angle. That's how I'm reading it anyway.
