Brakes can be a pain sometimes. If it's spongy of course there is air in the lines/abs block. More than likely it's in the abs block I'm guessing. That's a lot of fluid pumped through to still have a spongy pedal

could be a bad master cylinder, unbolt from the booster and see if maybe its leaking past the seals.

not a crazy question since I fell victim to it. you did re-tighten the brake fluid reservoir when job complete?

ditch the Motive power bleeder, seams like most the folks posting on here that are having your symptoms after bleeding have been using those, find a friend or family member to help and use the traditional bleed method.

What I did to totally flush my system was I got a bottle and a clear tube of proper diameter for the bleeder screw, ran the tube down into the bottle and opened the bleed screw and have him pump the brakes till fresh fluid came out (while checking the Master Cylinder and topping off as needed to prevent getting an air bubble), once clean fluid was coming out closed the screw, had him pump the brake then did a quick open/close on the screw. shouldn't take more then a 32 oz. bottle to flush the WHOLE car.

You can also try a mityvac pump, those have worked good for me and only need one person.

Are you going in the correct order? Not all cars are furthers to closest to master cylinder

Reservoir cap is good and tight

Haven't taken the master off yet to see if it leaks but I can pump up and get hard brakes and leave it over night and it holds.

What's the correct order for our cars?

Get an empty Coke bottle with the cap, drill a hole in the cap to fit a 1/4 inch hose through. Make the hose about 2 feet long or 3 feet.

Pour brake fluid a 1/4 into the bottle and make sure the hose is in the fluid.

Open the bleeder and put the other end of the hose onto the tit of the bleeder.

Pump the peddle until there are no bubbles. Close bleeder and move to the next one.

You do not have to close the bleeder every time you pump the pedal. Do not let the system run dry do not let the hose in the bottom of the Coke bottle get uncovered while pumping the pedal.

No correct order needed.

This.

Only thing is, I'd still go in the correct order (rear passenger, rear driver, front passenger, front driver). Just make sure the end of the hose is submerged in fluid and the end of the hose that goes on the bleeder doesn't fall off (use a small zip tie to hold in place).

Were you just doing a fluid flush, or did you have a leak/break open the system? I've successfully bled brakes a couple times with a power bleeder, once from a completely dry system.

Was never opened, bought the car this way it's always been spongy. I've bench bled the master as well. I can't figure out for the life if me why they are still like this

Have you checked the whole system for leaks? Are you still getting bubbles out the caliper bleed screws?

Hoses seem good. No leaks found frint to back. No bubble out of the bleed screws. That's what stumps me
