Default Guys using QA1 (HAL) shocks.....

I bought a set of BMR lowering springs and a set of QA1 (HAL) shocks today (I can only afford the front shocks for now).
Give me some of you guys settings on these shocks/struts and why.

Sorry man; I'm just looking out of curiousity. I don't have the HAL shocks, so any advice would be coming out of my ignorance (not that its stopped me before... )

Did the shocks ship with installation instructions? I would leave it at the 'middle' setting (number 6?) or the setting it came at, and try it there to start with.

I have BMR Springs and QA1's. I have them set at 5 front and 4 rear. Mine are pretty old so new ones might be a little different but that will give you a place to start. However I use the HAL spring up front not the BMR.

I've been running at 6 all around on the street, and it handles well, thought it might be a bit too bouncy for some.
