Default 60 ft times with stock torque arm

Hey guys,

I was wondering what kind of 60ft times can be cut with a stock torque arm. I have a spohn chassis mounted one but i'm trading it for a set of home ported heads so I have to go back to the stocker. The best i've cut so far with the spohn is a 1.69 so i'm wondering if that number will increase much by going to the stocker. I have ET streets BTW.

I had a friend that went 1.54 in his A4. This was a heavy vert on ET drags.

I've only been to the track once since installing the 12 bolt. I ran 4 times and all runs were in the 1.69 to 1.63 range and I'm running the stock torque arm.

1.6x's assuming you have a good tire and suspension.

Ive cut a 1.59 on the stocker. That was with ET Streets a 2,73 gear and lots of nitrous.

Ok guys, looks like I won't be getting another aftermarket torque arm for a while. I'm shooting for 1.5s once I get everything done, and I have ET Streets so i'm not all that worried about traction.

Also, Stang Killer-have you been in any magazines lately?

Thanks again,

Derek

the torque arm should be one of the last suspension pieces you get. get a poly mount for the front and u'll be good to go
