I have mine set at almost full firmness. I had it set at the softest setting but with my 28's out back, the car is raked up pretty high in the back and gives my car a low angle in the front. I would actually scrape the airdamn when braking a little aggressively or on a 1st gear blip of the throttle.

I figured to avoid the extremes to begin with and started in the middle on front and rear. (Strano's springs and bars also) I was happy with the feel and even ran track day this way. I did notice several spots on the track that will allow me to tune them the next time I run there.

Fourth from softest in front and I don't remember exactly how many turns I did in the back. May have just been 1/2.

i'd suggest full soft on the street and for cruising, and increase the firmness in the rears significantly when you drag race. not sure about the turning crap though

And the different positions folks run these at is a perfect example of how no two folks are alike and the flexibility gained from using a good damper that has adjustment that lets the owner pick his favorite setting.

i got the backs as compression 2 clicks from soft
rebound 1/2 turn from soft

front compression 4 clicks from soft
rebound 5 sweeps from firm

if i go softer on compression, things seem to bounce/jar over bumps.
