Easy answer is check the sponsors to the right. Good names in no particular order, BMR, Hotchkis, Random Tech, Spohn, UMI. (Did alphabetical order as to not show preference).

if you want a car that rides, handles and looks like crap, cut your stock springs. If not save up and buy yourself a set of decent springs and shocks/struts. You will be happier in the long run.
as for the height difference... has your car ever been wrecked?

Don't know how many of these guys have actually cut their springs but it works fine. The way to do it is to first measure the distance from the ground to the center of the wheel wells at each location. Then raise the car by the suspension (lift or jack stands). You'll be cutting the fronts at the bottoms and the rears at the tops. Measure the amount you want to lower at each location from either the bottom of the spring (fronts) or the tops (rears). Take the springs off the vehicle and cut. Make sure you measure from the contact surfaces.
Did it this way on mine--it was off by two inches from front passenger to rear driver in stock form. Afterwards was within a quarter inch at all four corners. The ride doesn't change much as long as you aren't lowering too much. Handling improves since you lower the CG. Stock shocks worked fine on mine for a daily driver for a year and a half before I decided to upgrade. If you want handling performance optimized you'll want to buy better shocks.

Duffster so the PHR will fix my 1.25 difference after lowering it bro? Or is it just going to center the rearend only? I do plan on getting better suspension later on but for the moment my car sit like a 4x4 with my wheels on and it bugs me that it a noticable difference.
