Default Will i even be able to hook?????????

So i just bought a VIG4000 stall, This along with 3.73 gears and a transgo kit will be getting installed in march. I'm currently running nitto DR's so will I even be able to hook off the line with this setup along with the mods in sig? I street race a bit an might go to the track once or twice. After all this is installed I'l be doing LCA's, SFC's and an eibach pro kit. I'm just wondering how hard it's gonna be to hook before i get the suspension done an if I'd jsut be wasting my time trying to race between the installs.

My friend has a 00 TA with a 4k stall, 3:73s, true duals, LS6 intake, lid, smooth bellow and bfg drag radials (in horrible condition)....he does however have umi adjustable LCAs. Untuned his best pass was a 12.3 at 107, tires were around 13psi from there he did a 15sec long burnout which equaled his best 60ft of the day 1.7. He was a couple thousanths of a sec away from a 12.2. His best trap speed was 110 and worse et was 12.7. This was at Sacramento raceway in California.

I think you'll see a tremendous difference with the LCA's (especially if you get brackets) and the SFC's. I would also invest in a torque arm and you'll be hooking like there's no tomorrow.

255-50-16 MT ET street radials are the answers to your prayers...
If you must run 17's when racing then the 275/315-40-17 will do...

Say goodbye to spinning and say hello to 1.6 60"s on stock suspension...

Get the tires, then the suspension if you see that it becomes necessary... the Nittos spun when I was on the stock converter and basic boltons...

K so basically my new plan is have the stuff i have installed and burn off my nittos at speed inc's open house in spring! then pick up M/T's new Dr since i do semi daily drive it in summer. Then I'll just split my paychecks between two jars...one labeled "suspension" the other labeled "When i blow up the 10 bolt!"...sound good guys?? lol

TIRES. I think those nitto's are like regular street tires(they don't hook for ****). BFG's are better. But the MT's drag radials are the BEST.
