Default No Texas Mile thread?

Did I miss the thread?

Who's going?

We are heading out there Saturday. How's the parking for spectators? I'd love to be able to back my truck up and watch from the tailgate.

There is about a mile of ample parking space . You will have fun if it's your first time.

I'm going out this morning. Today will have the best chance for mph because the wind becomes a direct headwind tomorrow.

So what are you piloting this weekend?

Its just not a event that keeps the spectators attention... Best seen via a well documented video

I'm with Brandon, it's an awesome event to either race in or walk the pits if want to see some bad *** stuff and need exercise. Some times they side by side racing which is cool to see. But the majority is kinda like watching a car go down the freeway. You really need to compete in it, or have a buddy running in it. Still fun for a day trip though.

Is your Vette an FRC? Throw the cooler in the trunk. I seriously doubt they'd check for one.

I'm taking my cooler. I'm sure it will go unnoticed in the back floorboard of my truck.

By the way, nice truck!
