wtf inspect my plugs, they look a little rusty

Out of the camaro. All 8 were identical, no loss of any coolant car ran normally no smoke or lost power. I ran a bottle of rxp through it before I pulled the plugs. Just checked and coolant level is still up at the cap and clean, oil is full and clean as well
I'm pretty sure the fuel additive ate away the coating on the plugs, it is an acetone base "decarbonizer"

Iridium plugs are made to last longer, those are regular copper plugs in the pic. 150k miles is not out of the question on platinum/iridium plugs. I personally wouldn't do, but it can be done.

My Silverado has irridiums in it, at 150k I did plugs and wires. The plugs probably could have gone another 150k but the boots were stuck tight on the plugs destroying the old wires.
For my application I like to change the plugs once a year. I don't trust iridium in my setup have to go with factory reccomended tolerance items
