Default Not so nice wake-up call from a CS cop this morning

Got a knock on our door this morning by a CSPD cop, told me i needed to come outside and turn the truck on for him b/c they got some calls in from our neighbors...after hearing it he told me i had the day to close up the cut out or he would return with a ticket for me I am guessing an exhaust shop should have one, but also wanted to see if any B/CS guys had one i could buy...thanks

get an electic cut out and close it everytime you get home. If they pull that again, It'll be closed with no worries.

I didn;t know the cops could do that though. I'm lucky, I think my neighbors like the loud... no one ever complained and they wave when I drive by.

Was the truck in your driveway? If so, tell him to go get f#ck'd.

If you were talking about my post, i was saying electric cutout for the win. I'm a computer nerd I guess.

I have the regular plate you could have that came with my flowtech. Only problem is I'm in Sweeny and I doubt you could get it in time to really help you out.

If you find one to borrow for now, you can have the one sitting at my house, I dont have the gasket, just the plate.

i would have just shut the door in his face and went back to bed.

believe me, im not for pissing off cops, but no way in hell would i have started my car.

1st off.. he cant even put his foot in the door legally.

2nd... the reason he didnt write you a ticket, is that he legally couldnt.

next time, if there is a next time, be polite, but be firm, and tell him you're going back to bed. :lmao:

edit:
and oh yea... Electric cutout for the win!

After 3 years here I still dont have any beef w/ the CSPD (car related atleast) ... but damn do the ****** troopers that patrol 2818 make up for it. I've gotten 5 warnings for no front plate ... and 4 of them were on 2818, pulled over right by the Hall, I've got like a designated spot I pull over now

Yep, I would have had a few words for him. Cops think they can intimidate everyone because of the nifty badge. Tell him and your whiny neighbors to get screwed.

Afraid I would have just gone back to bed too. Can't make you go start your truck and hopefully they wouldn't have the time to sit around waiting for you to leave in it. I HATE neighbors like that too.

I dare you to mouth off to a police officer like that. They look after their own, so if you start making enemies of them, prepare to have your *** and tickets handed to you on a regular basis. And they can arrest you by just saying you matched the description of a robbery suspect and hold you for 24 hours without charging you so they can stick you in a lineup. Go for it.
