rear end problems.....
has anyone torn up their rear end? yesterday my t/a was making a whinning noise from the rear end and today when i drive in first it kicks and shakes the car. it also makes loud popping noise when i drive. so before i did anymore damage i towed it home and about to have it looked at. anyone have same issues and how much am i looking at spending? also, is there a way to fix the rear end to be able to handle the power and not tear up?

Ya, don't fix the 10-bolt...just suck it up and drop a couple G's into the 12 bolt...they're good for the punishing we give our cars on a daily basis.
My 10 bolt is holding up quite well though considering how much power I'm putting down ...it's only been a couple of weeks though .

The cheapest way out is to rebuild the 10 bolt. Call Jason @TDP or you can drop a couple of grand on a 12 bolt. In answer to your 9" question my 9" was more expensive than a 12 bolt. Look in the 4 sale threads on the boards guys sell them all the time.
